Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of LoveAds Copilot (the “Service”), operated by LOVE ADS MARKETING SRL, Romania (“LoveAds”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. The Service

LoveAds Copilot imports advertising and commerce performance data from platforms you connect (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and Shopify) and provides analytics, money-leak and opportunity detection, AI-generated summaries, and a record of decisions and their outcomes. The Service is read-only with respect to your advertising platforms; it does not modify your campaigns.

3. Accounts and security

You are responsible for the credentials used to access the Service and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Connected platforms

To use the Service you authorize connections to third-party platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms (including the Google Ads API Terms, the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and the Shopify API Terms). You are responsible for having the rights to connect the relevant accounts, and you may disconnect them at any time.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or in breach of any connected platform’s terms.
• Do not attempt to access data or accounts you are not authorized to access.
• Do not probe, disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

6. Fees

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Where fees apply, they will be presented before you subscribe; applicable taxes may be added. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable for the period already served.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and content are owned by LoveAds and its licensors. You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide and improve the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Analytics disclaimer — no guarantees

The Service provides estimates, signals and AI-generated recommendations to support your decisions. Metrics such as ROAS and POAS are computed from platform-reported data and configured assumptions (margins, exchange rates) and may differ from your accounting. Outcome reviews reflect observed changes, not a guarantee of causation or future results. The Service is not financial, legal or tax advice. You remain solely responsible for your advertising and business decisions.

9. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, LoveAds is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or lost profits or revenue, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination we delete or anonymize your data as described in the Privacy and Data Deletion pages.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections. Contact: copilot@loveads.ro.
